Holy Basil or Tulsi- The Stress Buster!!


Holy Basil or Tulsi is sacred plant that is offered prayers in millions of homes in India. This plant is dear to the Lord probably because of its mind calming and body balancing benefits. Tulsi leaves have been used from time immemorial as remedy for common cold and sore throat; research now shows its benefits extends to heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol and kidney stone also. So, let us see how this herb benefits skin.
